The WAY TO WIN method combines scientific depth with experience from competitive sport and the cooperation with over 2000 people at WAY TO WIN. Together with her team of experts, Lea Feder is passing on her expertise and methodology from the fields of medicine, competitive sport and bioinformatics.
Every tenth employee (9.4 percent) in Germany suffers from severe sleep disorders (insomnia) with difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep, poor sleep quality, daytime tiredness and exhaustion. Since 2010, the proportion of 35- to 65-year-old employees affected by problems falling asleep and staying asleep has risen by 66 percent. Severe sleep disorders (insomnia) have increased by 60 percent since 2010. The number of days absent due to sleep disorders rose by around 70 percent to 3.86 days per 100 insured persons. Sick leave lasted an average of 10.9 days.

Lea Feder is at the end of her medical studies and combines knowledge and evidence-based approaches from medicine with her experience in competitive sport.
Since 2017, WAY TO WIN has developed from a small endurance sports start-up into THE brand for healthy performance enhancement in endurance sports and everyday life with a team of almost 20 experts.
As a competitive athlete, first in handball and later in cycling, as well as coaching over 500 endurance athletes through WAY TO WIN, Lea Feder knows not only the theory but also the practice of healthy performance enhancement.
With a degree in bioinformatics, she has an analytical mindset and has programmed the software for performance diagnostics and training calculations at WAY TO WIN herself in close collaboration with sports scientists.

We support the participants in establishing successful routines. The effectiveness is confirmed by continuous blood glucose measurements and the background to our recommendations is explained clearly.
Participants receive targeted and evidence-based recommendations, adapted to their everyday life and stress levels, including individual nutritional information. The recommendations range from everyday exercise to personal training and endurance training.

Our head office is in the south of Munich, in Taufkirchen. However, we have digitized our processes so that we can handle the entire coaching process online. A personal meeting and on-site performance diagnostics are possible, but not necessary. This enables us to offer our coaching worldwide in German and English.
